What does the role involve?
o Lead customer projects involving all areas of project management, from concept to industrialisation, with the intent of winning new business. o Working with all parts of the NPI process, including design, development and hands-on prototype & testing. o Build and maintain relationships with key people across the business to support the Application Engineering role and support customers. o Some travel to customer sites may be required.

We would consider a wide range of experience, but you would need to demonstrate at least a few years of engineering experience. o You have experience of digital design tools e.g. CAD, FEA. o You can communicate effectively and concisely, both internally and to customers. o You are interested in exchanging with our customers and understand the importance of finding out their needs and requirements to make the project run successfully. You can hold your own when things get tough, and can overcome challenges in a way that creates a lasting credible relationship. o You are resilient in the face of challenges and can overcome challenges by problem solving. o You relish the challenge of leading projects from the concept with customers all the way to production. o You enjoy managing all aspects of a project to deliver a successful outcome (relevant experience of introducing new products would be advantageous). o You're curious about the multi facets of product engineering - you actively enjoy testing, knocking up a prototype to prove and inform what you design.
