Job Description

Overview of Added Scientific

Added Scientific is a successful, independent additive manufacturing (AM) and 3D printing company, historically operating as a contract research organisation. We provide consultancy, problem-solving, and lab-based technical services to high-profile clients across a range of industry sectors, with particular expertise in material jetting, binder jetting, and photocurable-based AM.

We are now entering an exciting new phase as we transition into a product-focused company. Our current focus is the development of advanced 3D and 2D inkjet printing platforms, including custom printhead drive electronics and complete printing systems. These systems are designed for research and development teams working on new materials and devices.

Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including product demonstrations and training. Develop and maintain application documentation, technical guides, and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues promptly. Support field service teams with complex technical challenges. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and potential customers Work with the technical team to understand product features and communicate value propositions Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to represent the company

You will be a practical, technically strong individual who is comfortable working directly with customers in a research or engineering environment. You should enjoy explaining how systems work, helping users solve problems, and developing new applications, while also being able to work independently and take responsibility.

Experience in a small or fast-moving organisation would be an advantage.
