Essential Requirements
Located in or willing to relocate to Scotland
Field-based flexibility with travel across Scotland and North of England
Experience supporting diagnostic laboratories
Familiarity with Roche systems (Cobas 4000/6000/8000/pro/pure) or equivalent competitor systems
Strong troubleshooting and customer support capabilities
Experience with laboratory installations, training, workflow setup
Desirable or Preferred Requirements
Background in a hospital or pathology lab
Prior experience with installation projects and tender support
Understanding of software modifications and system optimisation
Strong interpersonal and consultancy skills
