We're looking for a curious, driven Physicist/Engineer to join us. Whether you're early in your career or an experienced technical leader, you'll work on projects that matter - designing new products, exploring emerging technologies, and solving complex challenges that impact industries worldwide.

What You'll Do

Drive research and development for next-generation sensing and monitoring solutions. Design, prototype, and validate innovative technologies for Energy and industrial applications. Collaborate across disciplines to integrate advanced science into real-world products. (Senior level) Lead projects, mentor colleagues, and influence R&D strategy. What We're Looking For

Education:

MSc or PhD in Physics, Engineering, or related field.

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, technical curiosity, and creativity.

Experience:

Scientist: Research experience in Applied Sciences or Engineering. Senior Scientist: 3+ years in R&D with leadership or project ownership.


Bonus points for experience in: multi-physics/optical modelling, algorithm development, Spectroscopy, Optical Engineering, embedded software or electronics & electromechanical systems.
