We're looking for a confident, organised, and compassionate Appointee Administrative Assistant to join our busy and fast-paced team. This role is an integral part of our Appointee Team, providing front-line support to clients and connecting with a range of professional services.
You will work independently to manage calls, emails and messages. Ensuring clear communication between clients, team members, and departments. This is a part-time role that requires someone who can multi-task, stay calm under pressure, and bring strong administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Answering incoming phone calls and taking accurate messages
Managing emails from clients, support workers, and social workers
Directing calls and messages to the appropriate team members or departments
Liaising with support services as needed
Provide high-level client care and service
Working independently while being part of a collaborative and supportive team
About You:
Confident communicator with a professional manner
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Excellent admin skills with attention to detail
Previous experience in a customer service, receptionist or social care sector preferred
Comfortable working independently while being part of a collaborative team
