Sitting within the Business Development area, you will play a key role in connecting our brand with the right people. From identifying new contacts to scheduling CPDs, coordinating product sample mock-ups and managing event invitations. You'll ensure our sales and specification teams have a strong pipeline of appointments.

Core responsibilities:
Proactively identify and reach out to new prospects, particularly architecture and design practices, via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Book CPD presentations and training sessions, ensuring all logistical details are confirmed and handed over to the relevant presenter.
Schedule in-person and virtual appointments for sample mock-ups and design/product reviews.
Support event booking and attendance confirmations, ensuring key clients are invited and follow-up appointments are arranged.
Maintain and update the CRM with contact details, appointment status, notes, and outcomes.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to prioritise target accounts and campaign follow-ups.
Build and nurture strong relationships with gatekeepers, specifiers, and decision-makers.
Follow up on marketing-generated leads and convert interest into booked meetings.
Track performance against KPIs including booked meetings, new contacts, and lead conversions

Person Specification:
Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage but not essential
Computer literate with strong administrative skills
Previous experience with using a CRM system
Excellent telephone manner
Strong communication skills
Excellent standard of written and spoken English
Full valid UK driving licence required due to the location of our Head Office

Pay: 28,000.00-30,000.00 per year
