We are a rapidly growing business, expanding our sales team. We're looking for talented telesales agents to join us. Your primary task will be booking qualified appointments for our maintenance teams across the North East of England. You'll engage with hot leads (inbound) and warm prospects (outbound) through various channels, including phone, email, WhatsApp, text and social media.
This is a performance-based role, ideal for ambitious closers who are eager to take advantage of the opportunities our uncapped bonus system has.
Key Responsibilities:
Quote and book qualified appointments for our teams
Up-sell and cross-sell additional products
Record accurate data in CRM
Handle customer queries

Who We're Looking For:
3+ years of experience in a similar telesales performance-based role
Target-driven with history of surpassing goals
Persuasive with strong objection-handling skills
Capable of holding high-level conversations
Able to work quickly and with high attention to detail
Punctual and effective in work
Team player and independent worker
