Overview


We are seeking a motivated and dynamic

Appointment Generator

to join our fast-growing marketing agency. This is a

sales and commission-based role

, perfect for someone confident, ambitious, and eager to earn through performance.

You'll play a key role in driving business growth by reaching out to potential clients, generating interest in our services, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. You'll also have the opportunity to

close high-ticket deals

, earning a

negotiable commission

for each client successfully closed and onboarded.

Training & Support

, giving you all the tools, knowledge, and guidance needed to confidently execute your role. You'll learn our proven outreach methods, how to qualify leads effectively, and how to book meetings and appointments for clients with consistency and confidence.

Duties



Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services and generate interest. Utilise CRM software (such as Salesforce) to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain accurate records. Schedule and confirm qualified appointments for the sales team. Engage with prospects professionally, providing information and answering questions about our marketing solutions. Follow up on leads generated through various channels to maximise conversion opportunities. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and improve results. Close qualified, high-value deals where possible, earning commission for each client successfully onboarded.

Skills & Experience



Proven experience in

B2B sales, telemarketing, or lead generation

is desirable (but not essential -- training is provided). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, motivated, and goal-driven personality. Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus). Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. A positive, proactive attitude with a strong desire to succeed.

Compensation


This is a

commission-based role

with

negotiable rates per client closed and onboarded
