The Role
This is a pure new business sales role. You will be responsible for generating your own opportunities, booking your own meetings, and closing deals alongside the UK Sales Director. You will work with a combination of company-provided data leads and self-sourced prospects. This is a London based role where you will work from home and in the city sitting in person meetings with prospects.
This role is perfect for someone hungry, confident on the phone, commercially minded, and motivated by commission.
Key Responsibilities
Cold calling and prospecting new businesses from a
preset data list
Independently sourcing and qualifying your
own leads
Booking your
own sales meetings
in person in London
Sitting in and
closing deals alongside the UK Sales Director
Building and managing your own
sales pipeline
Updating CRM with all activity, notes, and deal progress
Hitting and exceeding
monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Following up with warm leads and re-engaging dormant prospects
Understanding SABA Marketing's services and confidently pitching them
Representing the brand professionally at all times
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in
sales, telesales, business development, or recruitment
(essential)
Confident speaking to business owners and decision-makers
Comfortable with
cold calling and objection handling
Self-motivated and target-driven
Organised with strong time management
High energy, positive attitude, and resilience
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Coachable and eager to develop a long-term sales career
