Hagley's Beauty Academy is a fast-growing beauty clinic based in Birmingham City Centre. We offer a wide range of treatments including facials, massage, aesthetics, nails, brows and beauty training courses. We are now looking for a confident and motivated

Appointment Setter

to help grow our client base and fill our appointment diary.

The Role

As an Appointment Setter, your main responsibility will be to contact potential and past clients to:

Book treatments and consultations Promote current offers and new treatments Re-engage old clients and review clients Fill quiet clinic days Support promotions, model calls and course enquiries
This role is

performance-based

, perfect for someone who is confident on the phone, money-motivated and enjoys speaking to people.

Key Responsibilities

Calling and messaging new and existing clients Booking appointments using our system Following call scripts and updating client notes Promoting offers, packages and courses Recording bookings and leads Working closely with the clinic manager

What We're Looking For

Confident, clear telephone manner Strong communication skills Reliable, organised and target-driven Comfortable handling objections and closing bookings Previous sales, call centre or reception experience (preferred but not essential) Interest in beauty/wellness is a bonus
