We're looking for a driven, personable, and marketing-savvy Appointment Setter to become a key part of our business development team. The Role
This is a pure B2B appointment setting role, focused on generating qualified appointments for the directors.
As an Appointment Setter, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. We have developed a system that finds the right prospects to call, we just need you to make the call and appoint - simples...
Our system finds people talking about their projects in the media and online, who are already paying for PR & Marketing. You will need to engage, qualify interest, and book sales appointments for our directors. This is a pure B2B role. Where prospects are not yet ready to buy, you will nurture them through tailored communication and follow-ups until they are ready to meet.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls, send emails, and follow up via LinkedIn to initiate contact with prospects
Introduce us and our services clearly and compellingly
Qualify leads to understand pain points, needs, and readiness to engage
Book sales appointments for the directors with qualified decision-makers
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and manage follow-up pipelines
Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects not yet ready to buy
Work collaboratively with the marketing team to align messaging and campaigns
Meet weekly and monthly targets for conversations, appointments, and pipeline activity
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in B2B appointment setting
Confident communicator with excellent telephone and written skills
Ability to quickly build rapport and gain trust with decision-makers
Marketing-savvy with a genuine interest in PR and content for businesses
Familiar with LinkedIn, CRMs, and research tools
Organised, persistent, and able to manage a varied workload
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment
