We are seeking a proactive and personable Appointment Generator to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves engaging with potential clients through outbound calls and digital outreach to generate qualified appointments for our sales representatives. Duties
Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective clients using CRM software such as Salesforce and other CRM tools
Engage in professional conversations to identify potential client needs and qualify leads effectively
Schedule appointments for the sales team, ensuring accurate and timely data entry into CRM systems
Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-up actions within the CRM platform
Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and improve appointment conversion rates
Follow up with leads via email or phone to confirm scheduled appointments and provide additional information if required
Utilise bilingual skills (English and Spanish) to communicate with a diverse client base when necessary
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or lead generation roles is preferred
Familiarity with CRM software is highly desirable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated motivation to meet targets and achieve results
Previous experience in telemarketing or sales roles will be beneficial but is not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
