Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Appointment Setter role based in Leicester. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling appointments, assisting with lead generation activities, and managing communication with clients. Additionally, the role involves providing exceptional customer service to ensure client needs are met effectively and professionally. A candidate with a marketing background would be beneficial, as this role may develop into social media and Email marketing generation
Qualifications
Experience in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling
Financial Services Experience
Proficiency in Lead Generation and related activities
Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in working with scheduling or CRM tools is a plus
Previous experience in the financial or mortgage sector is beneficial
