We are seeking a proactive and personable Appointment Generator to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients through telemarketing, with the aim of scheduling appointments for our sales representatives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and experience in B2C sales or telemarketing. Duties
Make outbound calls to prospective clients using CRM software to generate interest in our services
Identify and qualify potential leads through effective communication and research
Schedule appointments for the sales team with interested clients, ensuring all relevant information is accurately recorded
Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-up activities within CRM systems
Follow up on previous contacts to nurture leads and maximise conversion opportunities
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching target markets
Provide clear and professional communication in English to diverse client bases
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a high standard of customer service throughout all interactions
Skills
Proven experience in B2C sales or telemarketing roles
Proficiency in CRM software is highly desirable
Strong verbal communication skills in English
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Outstanding interpersonal skills with a confident telephone manner
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Demonstrated ability to persuade and influence potential clients effectively
Good understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management techniques
