experienced Appointment Setter
to help us connect with more businesses that need our services.
The Role
As an Appointment Setter at SiteScapes, your goal is simple:
find and qualify potential clients, start meaningful conversations and book them in for a discovery call.
You'll use multiple outreach methods -- including
LinkedIn, cold email, Facebook DMs, and calls
-- to identify business owners and decision-makers who could benefit from a professionally built website.
This role is perfect for a confident communicator who enjoys networking, understands sales psychology, and is motivated by results.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, cold email, and social media DMs
Cold call businesses to introduce SiteScapes and our website design services
Qualify prospects by understanding their needs, goals, and pain points
Schedule discovery calls and ensure qualified leads are handed over smoothly
Track outreach activity and performance using basic CRM tools or spreadsheets
Follow up with interested leads to maintain engagement
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of sales or appointment setting experience
(B2B preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident, persuasive and professional phone manner
Ability to quickly build rapport and handle objections
Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently
Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, and other digital outreach platforms
Basic understanding of websites, online presence, or digital services is a plus
