Overview

We are seeking a motivated Appointment Generator to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves engaging with potential clients through outbound calls and digital outreach to generate qualified appointments for our sales representatives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, fluency in English (and Spanish is a plus), and experience in B2B sales or telemarketing. Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls and utilise telemarketing techniques to reach potential clients. Engage prospects with clear, persuasive communication to generate interest and secure appointments. Maintain accurate records of interactions and scheduled meetings within CRM software, including Salesforce. Follow up with leads as necessary to confirm appointments and provide additional information. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads. Utilise CRM tools efficiently to track progress and update client information regularly. Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate benefits to prospects.

Experience

Previous experience in B2B sales or telemarketing is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is advantageous. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients professionally. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment. Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
