We are on the lookout for ambitious individuals to join our Accounts Payable team as Apprentice Accounts Payable Assistant. Alongside studying a Level 3 in Business Administration, this role will involve assisting in the administration and processes required to ensure supplier invoices for Winn Solicitors and On Hire are allocated correctly and in a timely manner allowing the Group Accounts Payable Clerks to process them.

Responsibilities

As an

Apprentice Accounts Payable Assistant

, you will be responsible for reviewing supplier invoice mailboxes and re-direct them to the relevant automated platforms Review mailbox for queries, deal with less complex queries and allocate others to the team Process and keep up to date with engineer and estimate fee mailboxes Support other group department queries relating to supplier invoices

Skills and Experience

: 17,140.50 based on 37.5 hours per week

Working Hours

This role is Full Time based on 37.5 Hours per week. The Working Pattern for this role is Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm. We are also fully office based in Byker, Newcastle.
