AIS Wind Energy Ltd and AIS Eurelo Ltd providing engineering services to industry
covering Machinery Installation and Relocation, Mechanical Engineering, Technical
and Heavy Lifting and Wind Turbine Generator Construction on a National &
International scale.

About the role
Working from our regional office , you will be required to assist with the organization
of the daily logistics of the branch helping the Operations , Transport and Branch
Managers plus where required the Contracts Managers and branch Administration
Support to successfully deliver the companies services.
You will receive all necessary training and work experience to fulfil your role
confidently and competently.
Glasgow branch is part of our UK national network with additional locations in
Leyland, Wigan , Newcastle ,Rotherham , Doncaster, Bristol & London as well as
overseas locations in Germany , Poland & Czech Republic through its sister
company AIS Eurelo.
AIS Vanguard are a well-equipped professional business that hold a large stock of
specialized lifting and installation equipment designed to carry out our specialized
engineering tasks allowing you to carry out your duties safely.
Main Duties
Help organize internal resources to complete jobs on multiple sites & issue
necessary instructions & paperwork
Assist with administration tasks within the branch as required
Create spreadsheets , word documents , send emails plus other IT related
tasks
Filing & organization of branch paperwork
Answer telephone calls from clients & fellow members of staff and deal with
the calls accordingly
Help to administer the companies CRM system and other company systems
To provide administrative support to the Branch Manager, Contract Manager
etc
All other general administrative duties
Any other reasonable duties as required

A good level of IT literacy, including familiarity with MS Office
