What You'll Do

Be the first point of contact for HR queries, managing emails, phone calls, and post. Organise meetings, prepare documents, and take minutes with confidence. Maintain accurate HR records, systems, and databases. Support diary management, scheduling, and team coordination. Assist in producing reports, presentations, and correspondence. Handle confidential information in line with company policies. Support colleagues and contribute to team projects. Develop strong communication and customer service skills when liaising with staff and external stakeholders. Work proactively to solve problems, improve processes, and develop organisational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Motivated, confident, and flexible in your approach. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Willingness to learn, grow, and continue personal development. Good standard of written and spoken English. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (desirable).
