An opportunity to join our team as an Apprentice


You will assist the Case Manager is preparing Client Applications for Submission to Land Registry

Future Prospects



The apprenticeship is given with the intent that a full time position will become available at the end of the qualification. Promotion to Case Handler and having own clients and caseload to deal with is the ultimate goal we are aiming to achieve.

The Company



We deal with the registration of property purchases at Land Registry for law firms. We arrange for the details of the new owner of a property to registered against the Deeds. Small open plan office, relaxed and friendly team of staff currently occupying, apprentice to join the current set up

Your Role



Preparing accurate paperwork will assist increasing the workload being undertaken by the Case Manager. Still providing the current standard of service. Preparing and Compiling Documents for Land Registry Submission Checking spellings/dates match on all documents Chasing Third Parties by email/phone for outstanding documents. Updating Lender Portals with Current Position of Applications Assisting with Land Registry Queries Assisting case manager with day to day admin tasks

Apprentices are required to have GCSE grades A-C/9-4 in maths & English

Training to be provided



Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship

This Apprenticeship will involve:



Off the job training You will also develop your knowledge, skills and behaviours You need to have an employer to support your Apprenticeship and be employed in a relevant job role The typical length of this Apprenticeship course is 18 months This course has multiple start dates throughout the year
