Salary: 13,741 - 22,932 per annum Hours: 35 hours per week (includes time dedicated to training) Location: office-based in central Preston Contract type: fixed term

What you'll be doing:



As our Apprentice Administrator, you'll be:

The first point of contact for client enquiries by phone, email, and in person Helping assess and triage new enquiries Providing admin support to our busy frontline team Following up with clients and collecting feedback Keeping our systems and records accurate and up-to-date Supporting with day-to-day finance and office tasks Learning how a social enterprise works behind the scenes

Who we're looking for:



You don't need previous experience - we'll teach you everything you need to know. We're open to applicants who want to complete a Level 2 or Level 3 apprenticeship, and welcome school or college leavers, career changers, or anyone looking to learn something new.

You should have:

GCSEs in English and Maths at grade 4/C or above (achieved or predicted) Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written Strong IT skills (e.g. using email, Word, Excel) Good attention to detail and strong organisation skills A friendly, professional attitude and willingness to learn A genuine interest in community work or ethical finance
