About the role:

We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an apprentice to join our dynamic Coordination Team. As our operations team strives to improve processes and efficiency, you will play a key role in supporting these efforts.From overseeing the raising of sales orders, to ensuing works on site are completed, this position is perfect for an enthusiastic and driven individual who is eager to grow within our company. You will be heavily involved in effective communication and collaboration across teams, honing your teamwork skills while mastering time management

Key Responsibilities include:

Assisting in the coordination of various projects within the operations team.

- Communicating effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow.

- Helping to develop and implement processes that drive efficiency.

- Attending team meetings and contributing ideas.

What you'll be doing:



Creating handover packs for each PV Installation Working closely with Head of Coordination and Operations to ensure sales orders are invoiced as soon as possible Communication with electricians and roofers to ensure all paperwork is up to date Learning effective communication skills amongst an ambitious, positive team of people Communicating and building relationships with external clients Answering phone calls from customers and clients

What we're looking for:



An individual who is keen to learn more about a growing industry. Someone who is reliable and hardworking with a positive attitude.

Full UK driving license (desired but not essential) Strong organizational skills Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook (desired but not essential)
