As an

Administrator Apprentice

, you will join a

supportive and welcoming team

that will help you learn the ropes and grow in confidence. Your role will be the

backbone of the organisation

, keeping everything organised and running smoothly. You might be

answering calls and emails

,

arranging travel or meetings

,

keeping data accurate and up to date

, or

helping colleagues in Finance, People, Business Development and Marketing

. Each task you take on makes a

genuine difference

by ensuring our frontline practitioners can focus on the children, young people and families who need them most.



This role is

more than just administration

. It is a chance to

develop professional skills

,

work with different teams across the organisation

and

see first-hand how the right support behind the scenes changes lives

. While you are learning on the job, you will also study for a

Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship

, with time built into your working week for training and development. By the end of your apprenticeship, you will have both

practical experience

and a

recognised qualification

that can open doors to a wide range of future opportunities.

About You




This opportunity is perfect if you are eager to learn, motivated to build your career in administration and ready to bring your energy to a team that truly cares. We are looking for someone who wants to grow, who enjoys being organised and who takes pride in helping others. To succeed, you will need:


Good organisation and time management skills

, with the ability to juggle different tasks and keep on top of priorities

Attention to detail and accuracy

, making sure that records, data and documents are always clear and correct

Confidence with IT systems and digital tools

, from Microsoft Office to email and databases, and a willingness to learn new systems

Strong communication skills and a helpful approach

, whether you are speaking with colleagues, answering calls or responding to emails

A positive, flexible and solution focused attitude

, showing that you can adapt to challenges and keep things moving forward

It would be great if you also bring some experience of customer service or using social media, but these are not essential. What matters most is your

enthusiasm, reliability and willingness to grow
