Apprentice Building Services Design Engineer (Levels 3, 4 or 6 available) - Stockton-on-Tees Office

General

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our company as an apprentice building services engineer.

You would be involved in the design of a variety of mechanical and electrical building services on a range of commercial, industrial, health care, retail, educational and infrastructure projects.

You would be trained to use all the latest design software packages IES, Hevacomp, dialux, AutoCAD and Revit MEP.

Training

You would attend college on a day release basis for the duration of your apprenticeship and obtain your BTEC Level 3 and Level 4 in Building Services with one of our partnering local colleges.

All your other training would be provided internally at our office working as part of a team and would be provided with a dedicated mentor during your apprenticeship.

Who Shall Apply

Anyone who has an interest in engineering and in particular the designing of systems.

It would be desirable if the candidate has the following key attributes:

Excellent punctuality and attendance Keen to learn and excel at tasks Good at solving problems Great communicator and listener IT literate
In addition the candidate must have the following academic qualifications at grade level 4 and above:

Mathematics English Language or Literature Science 2 other subjects

Timescale

The job application closing date 15th August 2025 with interviews commencing later in the same month.

The successful candidate would commence employment September 2025.
