About the team




The apprentice role sits within our Vocational and Technical Qualifications (VTQ) Programme Office. The Programme Office is the core support function of the VTQ directorate providing project management to several strategic projects across VTQ and acts as a business and management function.

Job description



What will the post holder be doing?




As our Apprentice in Business Administration, you will be key to our success. Reporting into a Senior Delivery Manager, you will work closely with colleagues across the team and beyond.


In this role you'll undertake the L3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship standard Business administrator / Skills England supporting and engaging with different parts of the organisation and interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.


This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working with others to make a positive difference. Your work will help ensure the qualifications we regulate are fit for purpose and bring maximum benefit to students and apprentices.

Ofqual works flexibly, with a hybrid office/home based working model. Employees will spend at least two to three days a week working from our office in Coventry. As Coventry will be your base location expenses for travel to the office will not be paid.


Final panel interviews will be held online via Microsoft Teams. Further details will be provided at invite to interview stage.


One of our resourcing colleagues will be on hand to answer any queries you may have throughout the process.
