We are seeking a reliable and motivated Apprentice Business Support Officer to join the Eastern Education Group and Suffolk and North East Essex (SNEE) Training Hub. This role provides an opportunity to develop strong administrative and organisational skills while working towards a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship or Level 4 Improvement Practitioner/Project Manager Apprenticeship qualification which ever is appropriate. You will support the coordination of student placements, training programmes and project activities, helping to ensure efficient and accurate delivery of our services.

The postholder will work closely with colleagues across the Education Group and the Training Hub, as well as with external partners including higher education institutions, primary care providers and other stakeholders. Duties will include maintaining records and databases, supporting meetings and training sessions, managing correspondence and providing general administrative support across a range of projects. You will also be the first point of contact for specific enquiries, ensuring a professional and helpful service at all times.

Previous administrative experience is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-focused and able to communicate clearly with a wide range of people. Competence in Microsoft Office and an ability to manage workload effectively are important.
