Location: London Wrights Road - working in Bow
Salary: 325,927.20 per annum pro rata
Hours: 36 hours per week
Contract Type: Apprenticeship (24 month fixed term contract)
Clarion are offering you the opportunity to gain knowledge and skills working alongside an experienced mentor, whilst supporting you through an Apprenticeship.
If you are interested in developing a broad range of fundamental skills then this could be your chance to join our Estate Services team in North London working for the UKs largest Housing Association.
Youll learn to be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety and security on our estates; cleaning communal pathways, removing bulk rubbish, reporting repairs and removing graffiti where possible. Working to high standards youll also rotate bins to ensure refuse chutes are clear and bulk is prepared for uplift. Youll have responsibility for ensuring that our blocks are kept clean and left hazard free at each visit and high standards are maintained.
Youll also be required to carry out minor repairs and maintenance, such as replacing light bulbs and removing weeds from hard standing areas, in addition to ensuring that all accidents, incidents and near misses are reported as appropriate with time scales.
