We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. Responsibilities

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food preparation and service. Supervise and manage kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with the restaurant's menu and standards. Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes and menu items. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques, safety protocols, and restaurant policies. Ensure all dishes are presented beautifully and served promptly to guests.

Skills

Proven experience in supervising kitchen staff and managing a team effectively. Strong background in food production, with extensive culinary experience in a restaurant setting. Proficient in food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and presentation skills. Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations to ensure compliance within the kitchen. Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of food service. A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests.

Pay: 12.21 per hour
