Start Your Coaching Journey with Twist & Flip Gymnastics - Apprentice Coach Role

Your Apprenticeship Journey:

At Twist & Flip Gymnastics, we believe in fun first, confidence always! We're looking for enthusiastic, friendly individuals ready to take their first steps into coaching through a fully supported apprenticeship.

What You'll Do:

Assist in delivering fun, structured gymnastics sessions both at our centre and in local schools Support children of all ages and abilities, helping them grow in skill and confidence Develop your understanding of gymnastics techniques, routines, and safety practices Help set up and maintain a safe, engaging environment for our gymnasts Work alongside experienced coaches across recreational and competitive programmes Support with school coaching and community outreach events Learn the operational side of running a gymnastics centre -- from reception to customer service and admin Be part of a positive and inclusive team that believes every child should thrive Gain valuable on-site coaching experience -- no additional travel required Attend regular team meetings and complete all apprenticeship training and assessments

What We're Looking For:

A genuine passion for gymnastics, coaching, or working with children A positive, friendly attitude and strong willingness to learn Good communication skills and the ability to encourage and support young people Commitment to completing your apprenticeship and making the most of the opportunity No previous coaching experience is necessary, just enthusiasm and a desire to grow!
