This exciting opportunity will be based in the Management Admin team at Flatt Walks Health Centre, Whitehaven within the Community Collaborative. This is a varied and interesting role where you will gain experience in general admin duties: preparing documents, maintaining electronic filing systems, ordering of departmental supplies, formatting of correspondence and dealing with telephone queries using a variety of platforms. Through appropriate training and support, you will learn how to take minutes of meetings, support with creating agendas for these meetings and support with diary management to our Senior Leadership team. There is scope to use your creative talent by development of the monthly "Lessons Learnt" bulletins and eye catching notice boards. There is a robust focus on health & safety to ensure that the welfare of our patients and colleagues are fully supported. These skills will assist you in achieving your Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration which will be supported via set learning days.
Core working hours are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

The role of the Community & ICC Management Administration Team is to provide an efficient, effective, professional service to all service users and staff within the Collaborative and this role specifically to support the Collaborative Senior Leadership Team, who:

ensure patient care is of the highest quality
meet national targets
achieve individual responsibilities of their role within the Trust
ensure that all departmental documentation, records and databases are designed and fully maintained in line with GDPR and Information Governance
