Position:

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Community Links Team. Working as part of a small team this role will provide efficient and responsive administration support to the Community Development Team, ensuring smooth handling of referrals, triaging enquiries, supporting events and maintaining a people focused environment.

Hours:

21 - 35 per week.





Salary:

12.30 per hour

Main Duties:





Key Responsibilities


Referral & Communication Support

Receive and log referrals from external agencies and individuals Triage referrals based on urgency and criteria, escalating where necessary Answer incoming calls and emails, providing accurate information or signposting appropriately Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards at all times


Administrative & Office Support

Prepare and distribute documents, letters, and reports Manage incoming and outgoing post Maintain digital filing systems Support data entry and database updates


Event & Engagement Support

Assist in preparing materials for community events, workshops, and meetings Coordinate logistics such as venue bookings, refreshments, and attendee lists Support staff during events with setup, registration, and documentation
