As an Apprentice Consultant, you'll begin your journey into the world of technical support by learning how to assist customers with PTC software. Under the guidance of experienced team members, you'll develop your skills in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service. This is a hands-on learning role where you'll gain valuable experience with industry-leading tools like Windchill, Creo, ThingWorx, and Codebeamer.

Role and Responsibilities



Assist in providing technical support via phone, email, and remote sessions.

Learn to diagnose and resolve software issues with guidance from senior engineers.

Collaborate with internal teams to understand and help resolve complex problems.

Stay curious and keep learning about PTC products and updates.

Help maintain support documentation and contribute to knowledge base articles.

Support the improvement of support processes and tools.

Deliver friendly and helpful service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Future Prospects:



Potential for a full time role on completion.

Training Provided:



BPP apprenticeship training programmes are delivered virtually by our fully qualified and industry-experienced training team. Using their expert knowledge, we've purposefully built our programmes around the real-world use of modern technology, so that the skills we create can be directly applied in the workplace.

Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience.

36 months

Skills Required:



Some background or interest in one or more of the following:

IT

Mechanical or industrial design

Engineering or manufacturing

Basic understanding of PTC products is a plus, but not required.

Any previous experience in a support or customer-facing role is beneficial.

Qualifications Required:



To apply for this programme you must be employed in a relevant role, and, as a minimum requirement, have:

104 UCAS points and GCSE English and maths (grade C or above), or

A recognised and equivalent qualification (examinations and experience will be considered), or

Completion of a level 3 apprenticeship/professional qualification in a relevant discipline

Pay: 468.75 per week
