We're offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as an Apprentice Recruitment Consultant (Level 3). This is a fantastic route into the recruitment sector, offering hands-on experience in a dynamic, client-focused environment with a reputation for excellence in the education sector.

What you'll be doing day-to-day:

Proactively source candidates via job boards, social media, and professional networks Review CVs to shortlist suitable applicants for educational roles Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate skills and suitability Maintain and update candidate records with accuracy Write and publish compelling job adverts Liaise with candidates to arrange interviews and deliver feedback Assist with administrative tasks, including compliance and documentation checks Build and nurture relationships with clients--attending meetings, managing social media, and sending out mailers Negotiate contracts and secure placements for candidates within schools, including SEN and primary settings
