Job Overview:
We're looking for an organised and creative
Digital Marketing Coordinator
to join the SnackVerse team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our online presence--helping to engage our audience, manage content, liaise with partners, and support overall digital strategy to promote our unique snack offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Management & Scheduling:
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms in alignment with our marketing calendar and brand voice.
Customer Engagement:
Monitor and respond to customer comments, messages, and inquiries promptly, ensuring a positive and professional online presence.
Influencer Collaboration:
Identify, reach out to, and coordinate with influencers to create partnerships that align with our brand goals.
Reputation Management:
Proactively manage our online reputation by engaging with customers, addressing concerns, and maintaining a strong brand image across platforms.
Campaign Support:
Assist in the development and execution of social media campaigns to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and boost customer loyalty.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Liaise with the paid advertising team to align organic and paid strategies, ensuring consistent messaging and optimal performance.
Design Collaboration:
Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and promotional content.
Trend Monitoring:
Stay informed on social media trends, algorithm updates, and industry news, bringing innovative ideas to enhance our digital presence.
General Marketing Support:
Contribute to email marketing, website content updates, and other digital initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and scheduling tools.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to write engaging, on-brand copy.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with influencers or brand ambassadors is a strong plus.
Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools) are a bonus.
A proactive team player with a creative mindset, strong attention to detail, and a love of snacks!
