An exciting vacancy has arisen to join our vibrant Marketing Department as an

Apprentice Content Creator.



We are seeking a creative and proactive individual to train to lead our social media and branch marketing efforts. The successful candidate will ultimately be responsible for producing engaging and shareable content -- both static and video -- across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok. The successful candidate will also coordinate our social media and communications calendar, conduct regular site visits across our branch network to support promotional activities, and assist in the creation of marketing collateral. Attendance at company events and collaboration with branch teams will be key to ensuring consistent and impactful brand messaging.

Content Creator role responsibilities



Content creation of graphics, photos, videos, and text Photography and videography Graphic design Creating and scheduling social media posts and stories/reels etc. with captions. Create engaging paid media adverts to help increase online traffic / conversion Support the websites with creating assets to promote products and services Regularly speak to branch contacts weekly/monthly for receiving content Support the websites with creating assets to promote products and services Support social content through emails, SMS, and push notifications Identify trends and insights and react quickly based on them Feature in the content you create with confidence in front of the camera Creating in branch video media for the TVs Supporting the marketing team in any other day-to-day marketing activities as deemed necessary

What are the requirements to be part of our team?



GCSE English and Maths plus three other subjects (Grade 4 or above) You'll be a creative thinker, experienced in graphic design, competent in Adobe packages (Adobe InDesign or equivalent) and editing software Fluent and articulate in written English with strong attention to detail Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office You'll need to be a confident, enthusiastic, approachable, and motivated individual with a proactive and 'can do' attitude. We're looking for someone with a strong sense of responsibility and a willingness to challenge the status quo Full UK Driving Licence The candidate will be required to complete on time any apprenticeship assignments set by our partner learning provider (QA) along with our own relevant Howarth Online Academy learning modules.
