Our design services span across various sectors, but specialise in Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage and Education.



About the Role



As an Apprentice Content Creator, you'll collaborate with our team on client briefs to develop engaging media that aligns with brand identities and campaign objectives. From digital content and video production to branding and packaging, this is a hands-on opportunity to explore the breadth of content creation while contributing to real-world projects.



In addition to client work, you'll play an integral role in developing strategies and creating assets for our own social media campaigns, helping to enhance our brand presence across various platforms.



What You'll Learn

While you may discover a passion for a specific area, this apprenticeship will provide broad exposure across multiple content disciplines: Digital design for websites, social media, and online campaigns Print design including flyers, brochures, and posters Packaging design for physical products Branding and identity development Video production - from filming to editing and animating

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to the creation and delivery of engaging content across multiple platforms Assist in developing strategies and creating assets for Think Creative's social media campaigns Attend and actively participate in workshops, seminars, and webinars as part of your apprenticeship through Creative Alliance Take part in team meetings and client sessions, offering creative input and feedback Stay on track with all coursework, assignments, and assessments Manage your time effectively and meet project deadlines Build strong working relationships with colleagues and clients Embrace a proactive approach to problem-solving and idea generation

Skills & Attributes

We're looking for someone who is: Curious, creative, and eager to learn A great communicator with strong interpersonal skills Organised and capable of managing multiple tasks Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced creative environment Open to feedback and motivated to develop their skills Passionate about digital media, branding, and storytelling Comfortable with (or keen to learn) Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate and InDesign

Entry requirements



Maths and English GCSE's or equivalent Level 2 need to be at Grade C/4 or above.



You need to put a portfolio of examples of content work you have created. Particuarly in Design. Your application will not be considered if nothing is put up as an example.



Training to be provided



Content Creator

Level 3 Standard



Apprentices learn the skills they need on the job with the guidance of a development coach who is an expert from industry. You will finish your apprenticeship with a recognised qualification, valuable industry experience and the opportunity for continued career progression.



Training is a blended learning delivery model:

online learning, classroom sessions, work-based training, independent research, workplace projects, one-to-one support and training. Your training will include:
