As an

Apprentice Customer Services Representative

, you'll be part of a friendly, motivated team helping customers with orders, solving problems, and learning how a successful business operates.

What You'll Do

Help customers place orders and resolve delivery issues Learn how to process orders and manage logistics Support our technical team with warranty claims and site visit planning Work across different departments including warehouse, spare parts, and potentially digital or heat pump design Ensure accuracy and professionalism in all communications Prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment

You don't need top grades or previous experience. We're looking for someone who is:

Motivated and eager to learn Reliable and hardworking Friendly with a good sense of humour Confident enough to speak to customers and work in a busy team Curious about how things work and keen to grow
