Apprentice - Customer Service

Fixed term contract initially for 15 months

East Region - To be confirmed based on successful candidate

Starting salary year 1: \xc2\xa312,363

Are you looking for your next step or change in career? This is an exciting opportunity to join our award-winning Apprenticeship programme. In partnership with our training provider - Lifetime Training - the programme offers you a chance to study for a Customer Service Level 2 nationally recognised qualification, all whilst gaining practical work experience.

What will you do?

You will be working alongside a team of Housing Officers. As part of your job role, you will be asked to complete tasks such as Viewings, Estate inspections, Visits, assist with community events alongside other tasks that are part of Housing within the Social sector. All of this will be supported by the team around you, ensuring you are getting the best out of your apprenticeship.

What skills and abilities do I need to have?

We look for candidates who live and breathe our values; Ambition, Inclusion, Integrity, Quality and Sustainability - and have a willingness to learn, enthusiasm and dedication.

On top of this, practical skills we are looking for are;

  • A minimum of 2 GCSEs at grade C or above (grades 4 - 9) or equivalent in Maths and English
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • A driving licence would be advantageous.
