An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Apprentice dental nurse to join Godmanchester Dental practice. We have now been established for 4 years and we are expanding. We are a small, independent, private practice with a very supportive team. Our team are passionate about patient care, they are caring, hardworking and support each other in all we do.

We are looking for a kind, caring and positive candidate who has excellent customer service skills and is willing to go the extra mile for our patients. A significant proportion of our patients are particularly nervous and so you will need a caring and calming bedside manner to support these patients.

The position would be 4-5 days a week, working 8.30-17.30 initially. Working one Saturday morning a month.

The Apprenticeship would be carried out through ASA training, with the majority of the training by Zoom. You would build a portfolio of your reflective accounts and throughout the year be examined practically doing your role. There would then be an end point exam and interview. Training takes on average 18months after which time the salary would increase to a qualified Dental nurse.

The practice pays for GDC registration, indemnity, annual CPD and uniforms.

We are a close team and go on regular days/nights out together

Must have excellent spoken and written English
