Job Summary:
Ensuring smooth and efficient running of the design function across the business to include progressing bathroom projects using our CAD system, supporting our digital marketing and managing physical displays. We are looking for an ambitious self starter used to managing your own workloads to work as part of a small but efficient team.

What you will do in your working day

Learn from experienced professionals To become superuser of our bathroom design software. Conduct showroom appointments to assist customers in the design process, version quotations to reflect changes made. Following up with customers to progress projects and gain feedback. Organise & maintain the showroom to maximise customer experience (maintain high visual standards) & working efficiencies. Assist in design & production of marketing content - specifically technical, design and site photography. Customer Service Skills: You enjoy working with people and are dedicated to delivering excellent service. Providing cover on phones and Showroom Admin role when necessary. Eagerness to Learn: You are ready to develop your skills and grow with us

The training you will be getting

Fitted furniture design technician (level 3) Online with Tutor visiting you monthly at work to help guide your studies. Self guided and in person training for our CAD and Digital Media platforms.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

It is expected that you would become a fully fledged Design Technician within our business on completion of your apprenticeship, with the potential to develop into our showroom manager.

Qualifications & Skills

GCSEs grade 5 or above in English & Maths plus other subjects. A-levels, T-Level or equivalent vocational qualification. Customer Service Skills desirable alongside strong communication skills. Self Starter who can manage their own workloads and show initiative. A passion for home improvements. You MUST be independently mobile (driving licence and own vehicle - mileage paid)
