We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Apprentice Digital Marketing Manager to join a growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all areas of digital marketing within a fast-paced business environment, supporting campaigns across multiple channels while working towards a recognised qualification.
As part of the marketing team, you'll help shape and deliver our digital strategy by supporting the planning, execution and tracking of key marketing activities. You'll receive full training and mentorship to grow your skills and make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the creation and scheduling of content for social media, email campaigns, newsletters, and blog posts
Support the monitoring, engagement and reporting of social media activity using relevant analytics tools
Help organise and support marketing campaigns, events, and webinars
Maintain and update CRM systems and marketing databases to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
Support SEO efforts and assist with website content updates and performance tracking via Google Analytics and other tools
Conduct competitor and market research to help identify trends and content opportunities
Assist in building and maintaining a content calendar across platforms
Collaborate with sales, operations, and other internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
Support in writing marketing materials including brochures, case studies, and internal/external newsletters
Monitor campaign performance and contribute ideas for optimisation and improvement
What We're Looking For:
A genuine interest in digital marketing and the B2B industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail
A creative mindset and a proactive, can-do attitude
Eagerness to learn and use digital tools including HubSpot, Canva, and Google Analytics
Confident using social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Desirables (But Not Essential):
Any personal or professional experience using content creation or scheduling tools
Interest or experience in video creation and editing (e.g., using Canva, CapCut, iMovie)
Entry Requirements:
A minimum of 3 GCSEs at grades 4 (C) or above (or equivalent) in any subject
GCSE Maths and English at grade 3 (D) or above (or equivalent)
Applicants must not already hold a qualification at the same or higher level in a similar subject
International qualifications must be supported with evidence showing UK equivalence
We want to develop and maintain our apprentices with the business. At the end of the apprenticeship there will be the opportunity for your role to become permanent within the business and to play a key role to its continued success.
