Squirrels Nursery Ltd is a family run business and is very much aware of the delicate balance between work and family life. We currently run two separate settings, Our nursery for 3 months - 3 year old's. We also run a preschool for 3 years - 4 years old to help develop and prepare our children for life in school. Squirrels strives to support children's development in all areas so they may grow to be strong, independent individuals based on loving and secure relationships.

The children in our care are all valued as individuals and are respected as such. We provide a family type atmosphere where all the children can learn through play in a safe, fun and very caring environment.

APPRENTICE

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic apprentice that is willing to learn new skills to develop themselves professionally, working towards their NVQ level 3 alongside working

24 hours

per week all year round within the Nursery setting . You will be mentored and supported throughout the apprenticeship with in house training and home learning to prepare you for success in a new career.

You are expected to have a fun loving, bubbly and caring nature to ensure children are nurtured and supported to give them the knowledge they need to prepare for future success. Changing children's lives and leaving a beautiful scar on their hearts that they will cherish forever.

This will be a fixed term position following a 6-month probationary period.

Hours:

24 hours a week. All year round.

Monday: 12pm-6pm

Tuesday: Day Off

Wednesday: Day Off

Thursday: 9am-6pm

Friday: 9am-6pm

Salary: from 7.55 per hour

Interview date: ASAP

Start Date: October 2025
