The Company

Victor Manufacturing Limited are a long-established supplier of equipment to the hospitality industry. Operating for over 80 years, from within West Yorkshire, we are a family owned and operated manufacturer of catering equipment & servery counters supplying a number of prestigious clients both nationally and internationally.

The Role

Victor Manufacturing are seeking to recruit a reliable, flexible, hardworking and career focused individual to join a well-established company in the role of Apprentice Electrical Inspector. This role would include on the job training alongside a fully funded apprenticeship at Keighley College on the following course - Installation Electrician and maintenance electrician.

Daily duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Carrying out thorough quality checks, including electrical testing on Victor Products prior to their Despatch.

Supporting all Quality Assurance Systems to ensure compliance with BSI:9001 as well as all required company procedures.

Providing best practice electrical guidance to the assembly department

Assisting, where required, with the rectification of any identified quality issues.

. Electrical maintenance work within the Factory when required.

. Assisting the R&D department on special made to order products / projects and providing electrical advice and guidance where needed.

Skills and Experience

A keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills- Essential

. A genuine desire to seek a long term career in a well established manufacturing company - Essential

Hours of Work

7:30am - 4:00pm (Monday to Thursday)
7:30am - 3:00pm (Fridays)

Some early starts / late finishes and weekend work may be required on occasions in this role. Flexibility is therefore essential.

Expected hours: No less than 39 per week
