Choosing a career is a big deal, right?

There are different options to consider and questions to ask.

So, to help you make your decision that bit easier, let's start with this question: What's important to you?

We asked the current apprentices the same thing and here's what they had to say:

Using the latest tech Career progression with tailored support A qualification without the debt Working in an inclusive, supportive environment where your potential, skills and perspectives are valued

If some of these resonate with you, you're in the right place.

As an electronics degree apprentice at HMGCC, you'll undertake placements across our electronics teams that do everything from design and test simple single board computers right the way through to the development of software defined radios.

You'll gain experience of applying your knowledge to real work applications as well as achieving a Bachelor's (Honours) in Engineering (BEng) in Embedded Electronics Systems Engineering, and within a few years of graduation, you can expect to become an Incorporated (IEng) and/or Chartered Engineer (CEng). Not only that, you'll be helping to protect national security and will go on to find solutions like nowhere else.
