Equine Groom Apprentice (Level 2)
Full-time -Ages 16+ -Start date flexible
The Orchard Equestrian Centre is looking for a committed and hands-on Equine Groom Apprentice to join our busy yard team. This apprenticeship is ideal for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in professional horse care and yard management.
What you'll be doing:
- Daily yard tasks (mucking out, sweeping, feeding, turning out)
- Grooming and basic horse handling
- Tack cleaning and equipment care
- Supporting with exercising/groundwork (experience dependent)
- Helping with daily routines and yard organisation
- Learning professional equine standards in a supportive environment
