Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Apprentice Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a flair for creativity and an exceptional ability to provide outstanding customer service. As a Hairdressing Apprentice, you will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all clients.
Duties
Training in a range of hair services including cutting, colouring, and styling to meet client needs. Engage with clients to understand their preferences and offer tailored recommendations. Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and boost salon revenue. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the salon environment, including front desk responsibilities. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining high standards of hygiene.
Requirements
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. A willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated on industry trends. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. GCSE Grade 2 English GCSE Grade 2 Maths
Job Type: Apprenticeship
Pay: From 7.55 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
