Mulberry & Thyme is a luxury, creative hair salon known for high-quality colour, cutting, and styling. We pride ourselves on offering a professional yet friendly atmosphere where both clients and team members feel supported.

Duties

Welcoming clients

and providing great customer care

Shampooing and conditioning

clients' hair

Assisting stylists

during colour, cutting, and styling services

Preparing and maintaining the salon floor

, including keeping sections clean and tidy

Cleaning and sterilising tools

and equipment

Setting up colour bowls, foils, and trolleys

for stylists

Helping with laundry

, including towels and gowns

Restocking retail shelves

and monitoring product levels

Sweeping and maintaining cleanliness

throughout the salon

Requirements

Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. A willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated on industry trends. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. GCSE English Grade 2 GCSE Maths Grade 2

Opening Hours:

Monday: CLOSED Tuesday: 9am - 5pm Wednesday: 9am - 6pm Thursday: 9am - 8pm (alternated between staff) Friday: 9am - 6pm Saturday: 9am - 5pm Sunday: CLOSED
Job Type: Apprenticeship

Pay: From 7.55 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
