Summary
We are seeking an apprentice HR & Recruitment Administrator to join our head office team based in Cheadle, Stockport. You will be supporting the HR Manager and Recruitment & Training Co-ordinator.
Responsibilities
Responding to reference requests from other businesses.
HR Compliance - Updating monthly and quarterly reports.
Scanning and archiving historical documents.
General scanning, filing, coping, printing, filing and uploading to in house database.
Minute taking and/or typing up meeting minutes.
Assisting with chasing references for future employees.
Checking through job applicant CV's.
Scribing for interviews.
Supporting the recruitment team when required with ad hoc tasks.
Assist the Recruitment & Training Co-ordinator with producing recruitment statistics.
Keeping relevant spread sheets up to date.
Assisting the Recruitment & training Co-ordinator with arranging training for staff.
Answering intercom system and meeting and greeting visitors to head office.
Ordering refreshments for any attendees to training.
Creating logins to online training system and allocating online courses as required.
Restocking and recycling.
Any other reasonable duties requested by your line manager.
Qualifications
While working with Choices Homes for Children you will be expected to complete a Level 3 NVQ in HR Support to be completed within 1 year.

Requirements:
Must have right to work in the UK with no restrictions to hours you can work per week.
For the purpose of the NVQ funding, you must have lived in the UK in the last 3 years.
Ability to type and accurately would be beneficial to applicants.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
