Job Title: HR Recruitment Administrator
Hours: Full Time 37 hours per week (52 weeks per annum)
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
Liaise confidentiality with school leaders and coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes for teaching and support staff roles across the Trust
Draft and publish job adverts on internal and external platforms
Manage applications via the recruitment portal MyNewTerm, ensuring timely communication with candidates
Promote vacancies via social media channels and professional networks to maximise reach and engagement
Proactively source candidates from CV library, social media and networking
Work with the HR Manager on Recruitment Campaigns including recruitment fairs.
Schedule interviews, liaise with panel members, and prepare interview packs
Support with onboarding including carrying out pre-employment checks including references, right to work, DBS, and qualifications
Support with Interview where needed
Support with Issuing offer letters and contracts in line with Trust policies
Support and lead on Recruitment based projects
Support the administration process for agency staff
Onboarding & Compliance
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activity and candidate documentation
Ensure all new starters are onboarded effectively, with induction materials and system access arranged
Monitor compliance with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) and safer recruitment guidelines
Support the updating and maintaining of the Single Central Record (SCR) for all schools within the Trust
HR Support
Respond to recruitment-related queries from candidates, hiring managers, and school leaders in a timely manner
Having a customer service mindset
Support HR colleagues with general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and reporting
Assist with exit interviews and leaver documentation where required
Other duties and responsibilities
To undertake any further training as identified in Chiltern Way Academy Trust review meetings.
Ensure that safe working practices are followed in respect of COSHH and other Risk assessment control measures.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Criteria Essential Desirable
Previous experience in recruitment or HR administration ?
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail ?
Must be able undertake recruitment fairs ?
Excellent written and verbal communication skills ?
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines ?
Confident using Microsoft Office and HR systems ?
Understanding of confidentiality and data protection ?
Experience working in education or public sector ?
Experience with working with MyNewTerm ?
Knowledge of safer recruitment and KCSIE guidance ?
CIPD Level 3 or working towards (or equivalent experience) ?
Contribute to the overall aims and targets of the Trust, appreciate and support the roles of other members of staff team.
Attend INSET, appropriate training and relevant meetings as required and participate in the Academy's performance management process.
