Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic, business hungry, commission driven candidates who are wanting to start their careers in sales. This is a direct business to business sales development apprentice role with full training, sales mentoring and assistance from an experienced and high performing sales team.
What will the apprentice be doing?
Lead generation Learning and following sales processes and administration processes Market research Client engagement Account management Negotiation Needs Analysis Problem solving Objection handling Associated admin A driven attitude to be successful Willingness to learn and develop sales skills. Proactively call and pitch particular services to prospects and existing group wide customers. Generate and support sales functions.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
The IT/Technical Salesperson Level 3 from Vocate Training will give you more than the baseline skills of a successful sales person. Functional Skills in maths and English, if required.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
An apprenticeship allows you to earn a wage, gain valuable work experience and industry specific competence. Potential for full time employment on successful completion of the apprenticeship. Transferable skills that are invaluable in the wider world of work.
